Pakodas

Ingredients:

Gram Flour ( Besan)

Onions, Cauliflower, Chilis, Potato, Capsicum (Bell Papper)

Baking Soda, Salt

Oil

How to make Pakoda:

Add Gram flour, half tsp baking soda, salt, a little crushed chili to make batter.

Cut Onions in rings or chop them fine. Cut Potatoes in round slices.Cut Cauliflower, Capcsicum in small pieces, size depending on your preference.

You can put a small cut in chilies and take out few chili seeds to lessen the hotness.

Put pan on flame and heat the oil.

One by one put everything in batter and when it is covered, put them in heated Oil. Fry until it appears golden brown.

Enjoy pakodas with chatnies of your choice.

Garam masala and Coriander can be sprinkled on them while serving.
